Booking FAQ & Support
Welcome to the Devonport City Council Booking Platform. On this page you can find a series of Frequently Asked Questions on about our booking site.
Currently, we only accept Credit & Debit cards on our online booking platform. Other payment methods can be arranged by contacting our customer service team.
To change your booking, follow the steps below:
- Go to https://www.booking.devonport.tas.gov.au/manage-bookings/
- Find the booking that you are looking to change.
- Click on the pen button next to the booking name.
- Click on reschedule
- Select the desired date.
- Find an available booking time slot
- Finally, click on confirm and your booking will be rescheduledÂ
To change your booking, follow the steps below:
- Go to https://www.booking.devonport.tas.gov.au/manage-bookings/
- Find the booking that you are looking to change.
- Click on the pen button next to the booking name.
- Click “Cancel”
- Once the confirmation screen appears, click the “Confirm” button.
Some facilities are available after hours for bookings. Make sure that you have a swipe card for the building before making an after hours booking.
Recurring bookings can be made by contacting customer service or by emailing rec@devonport.tas.gov.au.
