Booking FAQ & Support

Welcome to the Devonport City Council Booking Platform. On this page you can find a series of Frequently Asked Questions on about our booking site.

Currently, we only accept Credit & Debit cards on our online booking platform. Other payment methods can be arranged by contacting our customer service team.

To change your booking, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://www.booking.devonport.tas.gov.au/manage-bookings/
  2. Find the booking that you are looking to change.
  3. Click on the pen button next to the booking name.
  4. Click on reschedule
  5. Select the desired date.
  6. Find an available booking time slot
  7. Finally, click on confirm and your booking will be rescheduled 

To change your booking, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://www.booking.devonport.tas.gov.au/manage-bookings/
  2. Find the booking that you are looking to change.
  3. Click on the pen button next to the booking name.
  4. Click “Cancel”
  5. Once the confirmation screen appears, click the “Confirm” button.

Some facilities are available after hours for bookings. Make sure that you have a swipe card for the building before making an after hours booking.

Recurring bookings can be made by contacting customer service or by emailing rec@devonport.tas.gov.au.
